Our new aged care facility is now open. We offer services for those who need long-term or short-term residential care and are not able to live independently.

Our care centre provides:

Care Rooms

• 48 rest home/hospital rooms
• Highly trained, caring staff
• Each room has an ensuite
• Individual high-wall air conditioning/ heat pump unit which gives you comfort all year round in your care room
• Underfloor heating throughout the facility and in the en-suites
• Comfortable lounges and sitting areas – two TV Lounges plus the diversional therapy room, this can be opened to add to the lounge
• Easy to use, safe hoist systems
• Advanced technology nurse call system to ensure that help is always at hand
• Wi-Fi, internet, computer and telephone points in all rooms (phone and internet usage at your cost)
• We encourage residents to bring their own belongings such as pictures and treasures to personalise their room
• TV’s are supplied in our all rooms
• Individual rooms which consist of standard and premium rooms.  Many of these have higher specifications than the minimum standard that incur a daily private contribution.  These include access to gardens and outdoor terraces, Central Otago mountain views, access to the latest advanced technology nurse call system and individual high-wall air conditioning/ heat pump units.
